 INNOVATIVE APPROACH OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

National Education Policy 1986 by the Government of India, Ramamurthy Committee, 1992, UNICEF etc. Institutions have promoted a new approach for the development of socially inclusive education, this committee has given the following suggestions considering the problems of physically handicapped children:

* Knowledge should be made to everyone in relation to the problems of the disabled. For this, cooperation of all media such as newspapers, TV, radio and various communication departments should be taken.
*The family in which there is a physical or mental handicap, such a family should be fully supported by the government and such families should talk about the disability, give special training to the family members and evaluate the children with disabilities from time to time.

* The education system of these children should be flexible so that the interest of learning remains in the children.

*Education of these children should be in general schools or in special classes of general schools and in Integrated Vocational Education Centers.
*Methods should be included in the training programs of teachers for inclusive education of children with disabilities.

* There should be a resource-rich department for inclusive education, which can make teachers aware of the appropriate training and methods of innovation.
* Research work should be done for the handicapped, which can make available the instruments, machine arts and new techniques used to help them.

*For hearing-impaired children, the appropriate education format should be prepared keeping in mind their points, the related programs should be made in such a way that it is useful in the development of their emotionality, thought sense and language.

*Special vocational training should be arranged to provide vocational training to the hearing impaired boys and girls to make them financially independent
*Identifying special children at an early stage and making special programs for them.

*Such children who are with physical and mental defects and are not able to get education in general education institutions, if education is given in general education with the same normal children, then they become effected with inferiority complex, they have to save them from this situation.
Provide services as a resource to be used in programs in special education in general schools. The National Education Policy on the complete general education system of special children has made arrangements for flexible education system for different categories of disabled children and on development in the field of important and technical methods of training programs under policies for the education of physically handicapped. stressed.
